All in-stock items are shipped the next business day after receiving your order and will be delivered within 2 to 7 days.

We ship internationally.

Shipping Method and Charges:

For Canadian orders: Usually sent by Canada Parcel Post.

For US orders: Usually sent by Canada Post Expediated Parcel or Air Parcel, unless specified by customers. Jewellery orders will be shipped by Federal Express.

For International orders: Usually sent by Air Mail / Parcel, unless otherwise specified by the customer.

Due to the variety of items we carry, the shipping charges will vary. Shipping charges are extra and will be entered as a separate entry on your credit card statement.

Refund Policy

Within 14 days of receiving your shipment, you may return your item for a store credit note towards your next purchase at Cascade Gifts or you may exchange the item.

-There is no Cash Refund.

-Delivery charges are non-refundable.

-All returned items must be in a resalable condition and in its original packaging. – Original sales receipts are required for an exchange.

-If the item sent back to us is from across the border, please indicate that it is a “Return Canadian Goods” on the package to avoid duty and custom charges.

-Returned item should be sent prepaid to us, also, customers are responsible for return postage for an exchange.
